Icings We Offer
Buttercream - Our own formula, specially flavored with a bouquet of flavorings that compliment all of our cake flavors.

Sculptured Buttercreami - Our Buttercream that is finished with rounded edges that can resemble a fondant cake.

Chocolate Buttercream - Chocolate version of our buttercream.

Chocolate / Chocolate - a rich deep chocolate, European style, can be used for covering or drizzling

Cream Cheese - A rich traditional icing.

Fondant - This icing is used on the European and Australian style cakes, as well as others. A type of candy clay with a smooth matte finish. As an expert in the fondant field, please do not judge fondant until you have tasted a cake from Sweet Expressions. Our Fondant is not rock hard and does not crack. We use a coating of our buttercream between the cake and the fondant, these meld together to make a wonderful covering for your cake.

Royal Icing - This icing is used for making some flowers and decorations. It sets up hard and can be used for free standing decorations.

Gumpaste - Used for making hand molded flowers, bows, lace pieces and other decorations
